Player filters
Hi TFF.
Is it a big ask to ask you to do your player filters for FM19?
I tried uploading the FM18 filters, but even though the file is still .fmf it won't show up on the import filters screen, so I guess new ones are needed.
I have two questions: Do you always use individual team talks? Even when the general team talks got good reactions from the team?
And do you use individual team talks at full time? Your guide does not mention it.

I just wanted to mention that Steven Gerrard is excellent in the AMR role. He has an uncanny ability to pop up at the far post to head in crosses from the left winger or wingback. 15 goals in 29 matches for me this season, 7 assists and 4 MOM awards.
Try using the 433 Complete Madness tactic against stronger opponents. I've been exchanging between this one, the Dortmund 442 and the Complete Madness CA tactic lately, and it works very well.
I think I managed to repair most of the damage. I had a chat with those who really got unhappy and told them I'd work on my team-talk skills. Their morale raised to "okay" at least.

If I may ask, what tactics do you use? I'm especially struggling with away games (being Liverpool).

Second, is it on purpose that in your new 433 counter tactic, you have not ticked the box for counter-attacks in the team instructions?
I managed to **** off my entire squad. After only beating Yeovil town 2-1 in the fourth round of the FA-cup, I told them it was a let off. So far so good, as most players got motivated. I then decided to criticize Lucas for a rather poor showing (6.2 at home). This managed to upset half my squad...
I downloaded a stadium pack to use as background pictures, but I can't make it work with this skin. Does anyone have any suggestions why? Logos and kits work great, but not stadiums :(
