Promoted with Coventry 1st season can anyone recommend a decent tactic to stay up and decent players i should look at please

Just been taken over by a tycoon in January transfer window, got 18mil Max to spend on players. Can anyone recommend any players who I can sign. I'm already top of league one and think I will win the league so maybe future prospects or players to help in the championship.. Thanks

Got promoted though the playoffs with coventry first season, signed a couple of good players Teko Modise, Andile Jali, Marlon Harewood. I have been using "Mr Houghs Rolls Bk" Tactic and did pretty well. won 20 lost 10 drew 16 Scoring 70. Now i need a good tactic to stay in the prem and finish...
