I've been playing about a bit with the scottish leagues and i want to be able to create a cup with the 3 winners of the premier junior divisions and the winner will be promoted to the 3rd division but i cannot seem to be able to change the relegation places in the 3rd division. Can anyone help?

I wanted to make my local club super rich in fm2010 using the data editor. How do i make them superrich i.e how much should i put as budget, what sugar daddy should i use etc? Please help. Thanks.
