Imagine paying for a tactic that only works with top teams of each country

For me works perfectly with clubs like Benfica, Porto, Sporting (Portugal), Real Madrid, Man Utd... But with weaker teams, like Venezia, Gil Vicente, Betis, Sevilla, I still struggle.

Do you give any OP instructions? Started to use the CIGANO's version of the tactic, absolutly fabulous
