2010/11 - Joined Reading. Finished 6th, lost playoff final 3-2 against Derby. Resigned.
2011/12 - Joined Leicester in October. Phil Brown sacked by Reading after string of poor results. Rejoin Reading in January, sitting uncomfortably in 19th. Finish the season 12th.
2012/13 - Finish 2nd with low wage budget and no transfer budget at all. Manager of the Month in April and May, Manager of the Year.
