I got these in my first youth intake with Liverpool. One came straight from my Danish feeder club Brondby (also has favoured personnel of Danish Youth Coach, interesting?) the other is plain old English.

Your head of youth should be the main guy. Make sure you choose him to handle the intake in your staff responsibilities, and that he has a good judging potential stat, so he therefore select the best regens from the intake for your team. Phil Cannon is the guy I use.

I wouldn't mind CPU teams tutoring. To my knowledge, it doesn't happen. It seems only Regens with a naturally good personality will go on and do well for the CPU. Obviously there would have to be some balance to it, otherwise every regen would be class. Maybe linked to manager PA/CA and working...
