I started as QPR, and only won 1 game all season - obviously i was relegated, any good tactics and players to get to help me win promotion and stay up?

Tactic Help ... I started a season with QPR (FMH 2012) and also only won 1 game ... I drew a few but still came bottom of the table. No tactic seems to work for me, I've tried 3-5-2 (normal, attacking and defensive), 4-5-1 (with dm and two attacking wingers, and flat midfield too), 4-3-3...

When I create a new team using the editor data, save it, and then try to use it, some of the countries (when selecting a country) are grey and have a little orange warning sign next to them with ! inside them. I also can't tick them. Any help would be good Declan
