AS Monaco is not a bad idea, what type of club do you want/ like managing? I'll give my suggestions based on that.

There are loads of wonderkids, but the following young players will definitely get a CA/PA boost from how they were in FM12: Jetro Willems Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain Danny Welbeck James McClean Phil Jones (attacking stats) I'll post more when I think of them.
