what i meant is can I download the hotfix on my own - not using steam - like in older fm's where you had do update the game manually installing the patches

i don't want to sound bitter, but golden ball in FM is mainly based on the reputation - it has very little to do with the player performance. I mean, if you have an average rating higher than 7 and one of the highest reputation among all the players you're good to go
this is the best, when you start in lower leagues and you get that kind of regen - he's gonna become a legend, one day probably a monument of him will be standing proudly in front of the stadium main entrance
