Scottish league 2...... I think ???

I was creating a new team and when I saved and reloaded the game Scotland is not available to pick when your picking your nations....

Hi, I have been playing about with the editor and have accidently removed Scotland from my list of nations available to pick from (DOH!!!!), any ideas on how to fix please?????
