I guess that's something the manager has no real control over, players tend to always let someone on a hat-trick take it.

I've revamped my Chelsea team with a nice 800m donation from my Russian chum. What must I do under FMRTE to make players like Malouda and similar accept and be loaned out to an affiliate feeder club. For instance Watford. Must they love Watford? Must Watford have a higher reputation? FM2012...
