Tactic works only when I used the holiday mode. When I actually watch the game my players play like a bunch of retards. Dont know why there is a difference at all.. any ideas?

Game is just unplayable. This tactic let's me play decent with a just promoted Barnsley.. But those balls over the top just screws everything up.. Just no fun at all.
