Just take a little break. I took one after nine years of playing Championship Manager (all releases from '93 to '03/04). Then I started to toy around with FM14 a couple of months ago, and I'm completely lost in FM15 right now.

Btw, not wuite sure how important these are, but I also replaced half of the coaching staff before the season, made Baresi my assistant and got a 20 coach for tactical training. I also praise the lads constantly, regardless what the do or what Baresi says, and keep telling them to get creative...
