Actually To Madeira wasn't a real player: The first release of the game included a player named "T? Madeira", a great striker no matter where he played. It was later revealed that To Madeira was not a real footballer, but in fact a fictional player created by a scout working for the game...

Again, not sure if it's a bug, but how do you save different lineups? In FM13 you would just click on the pitch in the tactics tab and the option was there. Right clicking on the pitch in FM14 doesn't seem to work...
