If the problem is that its either too easy or hard try to find some club that falls in between these extremes. Also regarding tactics you could make some test saves solely for the purpose of trying different styles before settling on a new one.

I remember Park Tae-Su, Kim Hyo-Ki and Ahn Seong-Bin being decent through the season.

Maribor are a good side and following the sort of principles you've set you can go far with it.
I know ;) You can get some great ones at good prices but you need some excellent scouting over here so you can see them in lower league clubs before the big clubs ****** them away and their price goes up. And that is very difficult to do unless you have extensive scouting knowledge.

Nice! I have an Anyang save right now (though not journeyman) and its a very nice lower league team with some extremely passionate supporters. The players are mostly mediocre but not bad for the league its in and the staff is pretty decent.
