Set them to attack the post not stand on them. I've recently tried doing mixed aiming with decent results, even scored on a short corner but I'll let you guys know if its more reliable than far post aiming.

Thank you! I've tried this the past few games and this has worked for me. Also with fm13 team meetings are extremely important, if you don't hold one when you first take over a team you will have a much more random result with team talks.
