My brother has made an account and has been messing around annoying people, and as a result his account and my ip has been banned. Im using a proxy server as i can no longer access the website. Is it possible that my ip adress is unbanned on the basis that it will not happen again?Thank you

I started a game with Chelsea, and didnt set a password for the game because I never do. Anyways, I was in a match when the game froze so I quit. Now whenever I try to load the game it asks for a password, and i dont know what it is!?!?!?! Any help PLEASEEEEEE
