Strikers role is poacher. It is normal that he does nothing.

I think STCR should be right footed and STCL should be left footed because when they run behind the defence they don't cut inside. They go straight to byline so they lose their shooting angle. They can cross better with their dominant foot.

Full Backs are vital in this tactic and they were more efficient in v2. I tried v4 and i conceded more goals since my full backs pushing higher. I will try v5 now. I'm Hannover btw in 3rd season

Yes there is. Go to tactic-player instructions. There is a add button bottom left for every positio. Select the position and then add the player from there
