My plan was to create an agressive 451 tactic with overload on one side and release the other.
Although be careful with the left iwb because he can be isoleted in some situations. If it happens suggest to remove the overlap instructions and maybe change the Mezzala to support role.

I setup my team for high pressing counter attack more direct passing be more disciplined and dribble less but my mc's always start to dribbling and do idiot things and the enemies always score goals...
Why are these setups in the game if the team don't do it?
I've got this 4-4-2 system and I want to play safe game but it is not working because my enemies always scoring 3-5 goals and I can only 1 or 2 so I lose. Please can you tell me what wrong with this tactic and how should I play safe game?
