If midfielders are good at ball-trapping and marking, you'll concede fewer goals. If attacking midfielders are good at finishing and passing, they'll score and assist more goals.

I train players to develop individual skills so they can contribute more to the score. Other than that, I don't use any other instruction.

On page 22, you can find the Blue Routines set-piece tactic. Download it and choose your best left-footed and best right-footed corner taker. In defense, choose a player with good heading. If possible, try to sign a striker with good heading. You can be sure I use the same tactics.

Due to work, I don't have much time for tactics. I use the Cindirella man tactic, and it's quite successful. If tactics were flawed, believe me, I wouldn't have been successful in my career either. The only problem is getting a tall striker, a good header, and a defender. Success will come.

I never had a career on Xbox but dead ball contributes tremendously to the score. I'm making a career out of it and I'm continuing to have success.
