If you are using your own training then its probably that. Check the workload, might need to reduce it by a few notches. Also see if the players are complaining about heavy workload as that will be a good indication.

Generally you will need to offer abit more for clause deals to be accepted. I just brought 255mil worth of players in my first season of man city using 48month installments and each one was 2mil over scouts price. All got accepted :P

Championship side is your problem. What transfer budget did the board give you out of interest? But the others are right your always gunna struggle with a 442 with those players in PL. You def need to be using a DM and be playing on the quick counter.

You must also take into consideration other Attributes when choosing who your best header will be. Height: Even if your player has 20 heading but is only 179 cm tall hes almost always gunna lose out in the air vs someone taller. Finishing, jumping and strength and to a lesser extent...

Im wondering when i have 3 tactics setup through match prep if switching between these 3 tactics for different opponents would adversely effect team performances given the fact that all 3 are different formations?
