Appreciate the help. Doing all that but the folder looks empty when I try to import. Thought it might be a bug, but maybe it's just me.

Unable to import these or any shortlists (including ones I saved myself). When I go to import a shortlist, it looks like the shortlist folder is empty, even though I have verified that the folder contains several shortlists.
