Sorry but I think I need someone who are natural (or at least accomplished) at ML, they are all AML and I am not sure if they will suit the napoli 3-4-3 tactics.

Don't worry about RW because Gotze can play everywhere, and Shinji is pretty decent on the wing also, Blaszczykowski is good enough. (tbqh with your limited budget you really can't buy a lot of players). I'd swap my 3 AMFs (just to confuse their defenders).
