Nothing wrong with having 3AM's. But I would avoid 3 treq's. Too much freedom, you have 3 players there doing what they like. Defo go with an am support. Rotate the 3 find out who perform best in each role. Maybe they will all suit that role, so rotate them often.

Have you changed your poachers basic settings. Try putting his mentality all the way up with no creative freedom. Try your Am with play through balls often. Use the shout play through defence. Ppm, likes to beat offside trap for your poacher. I find its a lot harder on 13 then 12 to do...
