On my game the FA trophy final is not held at Wembley. Instead it is held at the home ground of one of the two final participants. Is this a commonly known bug?

For some reason I can't access match shouts during the game. The interaction button is blacked out and I can't make touchline calls during the game. Does anyone know how to correct this? Thanks
