Found the problem. Even though I had put Italy Detail level on "All" i.e. maximum level, Under 19 remains at "none" level. I have to manually set U19 level to "All".
Actually even without changing Detail Level the game still loaded the Under 19 competition.
I have no idea why it didnt load in...
Yes it was definitely not the reserves. Now i have started a game with only Italy, all division and didnt mess with Detail Level. And there it is. All the fixtures, Under 19 league.
I dont know exactly why though. Ah well "problem" has been "fixed" i guess.

So i've started a game with Italy and a whole bunch of other leagues and have put Italy on "Full Detail" because i love to develop youngsters. Anyway, i start the game and go about finding coaches and etc., when I go check my youth team and their opponents and there is nothing but a few...
if I select a league as playable does it matter, for my loaned-out players, if the league is loaded in "full detail" ??
If I select Brazil in full detail the "estimated game speed" drops 1 star ...
I have Brazil(3 divisions), Argentina(2 divisions), Germany, France, Spain(2 divisions)...
So, I would like to see a scout report or AssMan report on my loaned out players but I cant seem to find a way.
All I've managed to do is the "match report" which is not what I want.

Acceleration and Pace are trained through the "QUICKNESS" specific training category.
As said above, train quickness and composure.
Afterwards, train his First Touch for him to be able to play quickly.
Also, like the others said, dont tutor him, he will lose more than he will gain.

there are always clubs with money looking for top players. they rarely get top players on their prime, so they make older guys their targets. I've never had problem selling them. sure you are not gonna get Messi-like money but money is money and it piles up...

if you dont mind playing one season with a "regular" team, you could go for the glory on all competition on a first year wich would get you a lot of money for the second one ... should you then sell players like Maicon, Sneijder, Milito, Juilo Cesar...
check when they signed their contracts ... if a player has just signed specially a long contract it can be very difficult for them to want to move somewhere else
