you are right, but without tweaking, my opinion, the effectiveness (is that even a word? :p) of this tactic is less.. You will still win but with small margins 1-0, 2-1 etc. But if you tweak abit, change the playmaker and so on, the tactic will be more effective

sounds to me that you need to learn to tweak abit, this tactic is not plug and play try reading the first page, read about the required skills of the players etc.. with this tactic and with manu, you should win everything

do you swap players when they get tired? putting up some fresh defensive players normally helps. i always make sure i did 2 swaps around the 60th minute, and i use my last when i get an injury or near the 80th minute

i would think that you have to train them on "attacking"
