So I'm in 2nd season with Southampton and the board are not happy because of lack of signings from Italy. I don't understand it since I made 3 signings from Italy already: Luca Marone, Nicola Murru, Loris Bacchetti.
Anyone has experience about this?
I have the same problem too, eg. Chelsea's U18 assistant coach Joe Edwards has terrible atts so I opted to replace him but no one who I've approached seemed interested when it come to u18~
I'd love to try it for my Blackpool in the 2nd season, I was 7th and qualified for Europa but got conceded more than scored ones, also it'd be nice if you can recommend some decent defenders
