Edin Dzeko is the perfect striker for Milan if you cant sign Neymar. He's really similar to Ibrahimovic so you dont have to keep swapping tactics when you sub one for the other. I'd still suggest one up top and Ronaldinho in the hole behind him. You should be able to sign Dzeko for around 15m...
