When I was playing with Parma I bought him at the beginning of 2nd season, and he almost alone give me title. Scoring, assisting, evrything, even in final games of the season, when we get in some little result crysis he rallyed other players and called them (trough media) to play even better...

Just insist on making top youth facilities, and play those promising kids. Last one I had was in Parma Italian/Ghana. He was game generated at the beginning of second season (generation '94) and till 6th season he becomes my first striker but I guess that's just beacose I played him on regular...
