For HOYD only personality matters and even that not much. both judging are not important and working with youngsters also isnt important. Working with youngsters could be important if you dont have enough youth coaches and you want him to help coach those kids.

I have 2 tactic that work without problem for more than 4 seasons.

Seems like we should use 3 tactics and rotate them every 3 games.

Sadly tactic doesnt work after 5,6 games.

By far best tactic is 4-2-3-1 Ten Hag by Bophonet if you want genuine nice football and no **** throw ins, corners and cheating.
