nope, their names are just gray and i can only look at their stats. Their is no option to sign them :(

hello, i can't buy players from for example brazil, turkey,... wich means i am missing out on a lot of talent, and other computer generated teams can buy players from such country. Any way i can change a setting or something?.. im only 3 seasons in but i dont want to start over :( first post...
