On team instructions is it Balanced or fluid. strict i have to choose? Would it affect my mr hough tactic if i change his corner and set pieces instructions to my own settings?

So then would my question be, why is this a classic tactic then? i want to make shouts etc, and also want to know the player roles i should use, can someone tell me why a classic tactitc is better than a normal?
