I can declare interest and get an interview....the issue is never being the 'favorite' for a job opening. Not sure if this is how FM 15 works or it is just me..?
I have noticed that as long as I have played Fm 2015 I am never linked to job openings in the press. I am currently coaching Lyon with a continental reputation and any time a club fires its manager I am never linked as one for the favorites to get it. Also in the past versions of the game clubs...
