I am also getting the same Runtime error. I have tried deleting my settings file in AppData, verifying my game cache via Steam, changing my graphics Preferences from GPU Assisted to Software... The crash is still happening. Does anyone know a fix for this?

What about El Shaarawy? I purchased him as Ben Arfa's back-up and he has been doing a solid job so far. You can get him for around 13m. He's got 3 goals and 5 assists in 13 appearances so far.

Anita, Adryan and Cabaye have been fantastic all season for me. I have Adryan down the centre as an AP/A flanked by Anita and Cabaye as CM/S.

Vouch for Newcastle. Great squad, bunch of disposable players you can sell for cash, solid finances and great facilities. Their main downsides are poor staff and fairly low transfer/wage budgets (win titles and you'll be swimming in it).

The above suggestions seem ample, but I would just like to add that Wellington Nem is indeed ready to feature regularly for the first-team squad. I am also managing Newcastle and Wellington Nem was fantastic on the left and right flanks - He has been even better during the second season...
