Any ideas on if my current laptop will work on fm15

AMD Athlon IIX2 processor P320
ATI mobility radeon HD 4250
3GB memory DDR3 Memory
320GB HDD
On fm14 computer performance only 1 star.
If it wont work any recommendations on any good cheap laptops
