Any individual PLAYER INSTRUCTIONS? I am on iPad so unable to download the tactic. I’ve seen a few people request this but I am yet to see anyone help with this.

Been looking around the forums for weeks and have been trying many 4231 tactics. Have also miserably attempted to make my own. Is 4231 weak on this game or is it just me? would someone kindly point me towards decent 4231 tactics if you have found them to work for yourselves?

looks great, especially considering 4231 has been largely ineffective in fm17

could this possibly be tweaked into a 4231? played my opening games with everton and won 2 and drawn one but the players everton have dont suit the wide midfielder positions, so would it be possible to move these to IFs or would it spoil the tactic?

That was me who uses wingbacks lmao also it is starting to work now, just beat Barcelona 3-2

for me, this tactic simply does not work against big teams when playing as a big team, no matter what mentality you play as. I am Napoli and I am simply blowing every team away 5-0+ except when I play the likes of AC Milan, Juventus, Lazio etc. it is impossible to win.

So would you say the general rule is: Defensive as underdog Counter/Standard in close knit games Control as bigger team?

Yes I used the same instructions and it seems to work just as good, if not better.

had used the original but have tweaked it slighty, now playing wing backs instead of wingers. seems to work great.
