Just took over tottenham and went to look for players & staff to sign and it wont let me see anyone.... wont even let me click on filter button...

I have recently got the job at sunderland having been fired from my post at leicester for asking for more funds since i had £0 to spend... so i thought sunderland would be decent challenge...

currently started a new game as Newcastle in order to try get them promoted....
but seem to be conceding penalties for fun..... lost count as to how many.....
any clue as to how i do this.... i have tried changing formations and tactics still nothing..... its really annoying me now..... only...
