Chance Shrewsbury Towns budget can be adjusted accordingly, Joe Harts England appearance sparked a 500k payment from Manchester City to Shrewsbury. Budget of about 120k usually so i'd say about 350k sounds about right ?

Cabanas ? Finishing stats of 17 but it's unlikely he'll improve. Thierry Henry played in the right position will score double figure amount every season.

Villa and Torres for Spain in my opinion ... Villa as poacher and Torres as complete striker you rip everyone apart. Obviously having such a good midfield also helps.
