it annoys me that any contact you have with a player, say having someone on loan, once the loan is over that same player has no recolection of you or the club and acts as if its the first contact all over again

when it comes to choosing coaches is fm2011 still using the same attributes as the older versions? ie. to get 7 stars you two or three atributes above 17/18?
