Are you looking only for wingers from England, or in general? In my opinion the best winger is Jesus Navas, and if you're looking an english one I recommend you Nathan Redmond.

I also would sell Berahino, and purchase Embolo which is a great talent. For the midfield, Lucas Romero surely would be a good investment. :)
