Hey TFF,
Just a quick question with training. Would it be optimal to individually train the players in the position that they're playing in. I noticed that in the training section you have Strikers trained as a Treq instead of a Advanced Forward, can you explain the reason behind that choice...
Thanks for the tactic, went undefeated as Arsenal again lol. My concern is finding those players that are either play naturally as a CM Support and CM Attack. Do you have any tips or filters when it comes to scouting midfield players for your squad
Cheers
Would West Ham work with V3? Should I just continue with V1(Home) and V2(Away) or V1 for both home and away games?

Put Icardi in the his preferred foot position. I'll personally put him in the center since his tall, etc but you have Lukakau. Icardi has beast stats with finishing, off the ball, header, pace and ability, list goes on mate . Just imagine the front three Martial, Lukakau and Icardi...

Hey Dan,
I was just wondering how you train your players to their full potential? Is there a method that pros like you have?

Wow....Thank you so much Vocal! You provided me with a great analysis on how to use the tactic correctly. I've got a few questions to ask you.
In matches when my team is winning do I 'encourage' or continue to tell them to 'push forward' or demand more'?
Do I let my assistant manager handle...
Currently using both V1(home) and V2(away) as West Ham, I must say that the tactic does stay true to scoring goals but I find that with when using V2 in away games...I lose and concede a lot of goals. I just don't think that V2 has the consistent performance compared to V2. All my players don't...
Overall this tactic is fantastic but I'm confused with the PPM for MCR...which would be a good move to have for that position? Are they similar to MCL?
