My skin isnt working can someone help me?

Hi Guys, I recently downloaded the Liverpool Skin and the Transfer Update. And when i try to load my game up it comes up with the Steam start up saying "preparing to launch Football manager 10" and stays there and won't work..... Any help you have please tell me Thanks
