Finished 3rd season, 3rd in the league 3 points behind the champions, lost FA Cup Final to Chelsea again and knocked out of CL to Barca in Quater Final. Mark has become a rotational player but Poyet has come on very nicely. Need to spend this year to beat a dominate Chelsea side.

2nd Season finished managed to finish in 2nd, win the Capital One Cup and somehow get to the Champions League Semi Final. Mark didn't get injured again and managed 40 games in all competitions with an average rating of 7.21.

Just beat Barca 3-1 at home in the Champions League Group Stage. New signing Hiroshi Kiyotake got two goals and an assist, highly recommend him already. Also does anyone know why Winston Reid is on international duty for 8 months.

Have you had any issues with Noble picking up serious injuries. He has got three injuries in just over a year, totalling around 8 months of games missed.

Just finished my first season managed to finish 3rd on 80 points, 13 clear of Man City in 4th. Mark Noble missed quite a bit of the season but managed 24 appearances, 9 goals and an average rating of 7.31. He also came close to lifting some silverware but we lost 2-0 to Chelsea in the FA Cup Final.

Yeah my 4-1-2-1-2 is really working now will use Poyet whilst Noble is out, already signed both Gaston Gil and Lucas Romero so we have a strong midfield.

Sitting 2nd in the table after 19 games managing 47 points, unfortunately Mark is out for 3 months.

Alright I'll have to keep an eye on him. I've just started a new save and have developed a new 4-4-2 diamond. First two games Man City (Away) and Chelsea (Home) managed to win them both 4-3. Valencia and Sakho are forming a good partnership now which didn't happen with my first save.

How has Poyet done for you, I'm really keen on trying to develop him for that defensive midfielder role

Yeah I'm playing him in same role and he is doing well, 2nd highest average behind Virgil Van Dijk.I've been trying to replicate the diamond 4-4-2 we have been playing in real life but I can't get any consistent results.

As a West Ham fan, I'd be delighted to be able to get ratings like that from Mark. Out of interest what role have you given him and what formation are you playing with us?

When I play as West Ham I play I'm forever blowing bubbles at the start of every game. In London derbies I loop it so it lasts the whole game and turn it up if in cup finals or when we have just won unexpectedly. Plus if a player moans more than once even if he is the best player on the team he...
