Yes, you're right. I'm currently training players like Johnson to be better in the wingback role. But I have beaten Swansea 7-0 away with Sturridge scoring 6 goals. Insane!
Do you have any tips on which wingbacks I should buy?
The tactic seems pretty good. I have pretty bad wingbacks, so maybe that is why i have some weird results.
Just lost 9-5(!) away against Barcelona with my Liverpool, but I'm leading PL with 2 points atm.
You need to understand that the exact same tactic does not always work with all teams. Maybe you can try to tweak it and make it suitable for your team?
The match training and the OI worked like a charm. I'm winning about every game now. Thanks. The only teams I can't seem to beat is the better teams like United and Chelsea. Also I think the home version works way better than the away version ;)

I cant get this tactic to work with Liverpool. After 10 minutes in a match against Newcastle I was under 0-2. Switched to another tactic and then i won 3-2. Maybe its the match training.. I have also used another OI than in OP. Maybe thats the case :-P
Trying it out with Liverpool atm. Just played 7 games in the PL with 4 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses. The tactic isn't completely fluid yet and the losses came against United and Arsenal..
V5 and V5.1 works fine for me after the release, but I started the save yesterday before the release so i dont know if that is why its still working so good.
This tactic worked great the first two and a half seasons, but now i can't seem to win at all. I'm managing Blackburn in the third season. After the ten first games I had control of the fourth place, but after 7(!) straight losses relegation is coming closer and closer..
