I've created a Youth League for some of the local teams in the Somerset area but when I Test Nation Rules I get the following error.

Every time I try to set up a link between these two leagues it tells me that 'Teams should not be relegated from Regional Prem Divs as there is no league below it'.
How do I set up a link between them?
