I am trying to upload my first tactic for you guys but having a little trouble. I started this monday morning but it has just been sat there waiting saying `unapproved". What do I do next please.

I am 34 years old and I have played every verison of football manager and chapman before the name change. I have enjoyed playing and winning on previous stay up all night instead of doing assignments , but 2010 is doing my head in. I have made my own tactics that work for about 4 or 5 games...
