Hi I'm struggling with corner, free kicks etc tactics - can anyone help please

I'm a avid fm16 player, I play it on my laptop I also bought the game from my local store on a disk with case..... im after a patch or something that allows me NOT to get sacked, the chairman and board will give me every chance
