steam wont allow me to change the update settings - it doesn't remember what I choose

Me and a mate are wanting to play a network game - I have 10.3 version and he prefers 10.2. So I need to reinstall fm10 on steam as I have no disc, but I've turned auto updates off but when i launch the game it still automatically updates. How can I get version 10.2 installed, through steam...

Loving this so far. FUT09 did get boring once you had 100 chemistry. But this requires you to setup many different squads - for 1,2,3,4 and 5 stars. Then nationalities etc etc. Loads of tournaments on and off line a shame there is no collection feature or leaderboards.

What I find useful is to get your manager to pick your team then in tactics, select each player icon on pitch and get up the roles. Then just flick through them all to get the best attributes for each player highlighted. It'll give you a good idea of what stats are need for what roles etc

How do you attach it - it says the file is invalid - its a .dbc file
