Has the ability to tell players to swap players in the individual player instructions been removed? It was in the beta version but I can't seem to do it in the full version.

Sick of the game already, pretty much because of the match engine and tactics. Played as some big teams so far just to get the hang of it ( Liverpool, Man City, Barcelona) but I'm just sick of the awful defending (especially the defenders dropping deep), the goalkeeping mistakes and my strikers...
